OK, now I'm paying even closer attention to Judge Judy's audiences.
Today when they introduced the litigants, I saw Court Lady standing behind the Defendant but when they actually started filming the case she was hidden behind his shoulder.
Previously when I came home from work I'd flip on the TV to JJ and go about my business. Now I apparently have to pay extra close attention if I am to see Court Lady.
Yeah, I'm probably certifiable...

She was back today!
Hadn't seen her in several weeks. She was making a lot of facial editorial comments about what was going on; lots of nodding, grimacing, etc. I think she's one of the hired actors for the show.
